Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and selected shipping method. While we process orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are subject to the shipping provider, weather, holidays, and other unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Resource RN is not responsible for carrier-related shipping delays after the package has been shipped.
If you experience a delayed, damaged, or missing package, please contact us before opening a claim or leaving a review. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Personalized/custom items, digital downloads, and used items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
