Hi, I’m EJ, a registered nurse, nurse educator, and founder of Resource RN, based in Los Angeles, California.
With over 18 years of bedside nursing experience in ICU, medical-surgical, telemetry, and emergency care, I understand the challenges nurses face during demanding shifts. I've also mentored new graduates and educated nurses throughout their careers.
One thing became clear: when every second matters, essential clinical information should be easy to access.
Searching through apps, textbooks, or lengthy references isn't always practical during patient care. Nurses need quick access to medication information, EKG rhythms, and clinical algorithms without unnecessary distractions.
That's why I created Resource RN.
